I was very doubtful when the woman yesterday told me that you can get the dress here today if I place the order. It a good thing I took my chances. I wanted to take the time to inform you that the two dresses I ordered for my daughter arrived today, approximately 20mins ago, had to pay Canada customs charges about $64.00 to UPS and was absolutely stress free. The dresses look absolutely beautiful, doesn't seem to have any flaws and what I am mostly impressed about are the colours, your online colours came through beautifully on the actual dresses. I live in Newfoundland, Canada, and I was very nervous about making an online purchase. When my bridesmaids and I first found the dresses on your site, we all fell in love! They looked perfect. I sent off the payment using express post, and it was supposed to reach you in six business days. I began to panic though because the payment never arrived for two whole weeks! Hello!
I ordered the LK-4121 for my junior bridesmaid
about a week ago! The dress arrived today and is
absolutely gorgeous! There were a few slight problems with
my order, not the company's fault, but the customer service was
extremely thorough and helped me to correct the problems right
away. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism
and friendliness of the customer service reps. Shipping
was extremely fast and the prices of the dresses were what
initially attracted me to the store. However, should I
ever need to purchase something from the store again, I would
not hesitate because of the customer service and shipping.

I was a little skeptical at first but your online advertisement view of clothing and specifics of sizes, material and reasonable prices convinced me to order. I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!! The first dress i ordered, i returned because i didn't properly measure myself so i ordered too small. Your company was so understanding and helpful when i wanted to return the dress for a larger size and when i mailed the product incorrectly which delayed return time they helped me get it right. Even though i wasn't able to get the item in a larger size, i was offered to exchange it for something else. I found another beautiful dress even less than what i paid for the original. The dress has arrived way before my event November 4th and i can't stop trying it on. I really don't like taking pictures because of my size but this dress makes me look all around slender! I bought a dress from you for my junior prom and in the picture
it looked really cute but my mom didn't really like it but me
being the youngest and since it is my prom i got my way and
ordered it. It came by ups on Monday April 7th which was pretty
much my worst day ever I was tanning and the shield shattered and
i received a cut on my arm but anyway to get back to the point I
love the dress way more that I did in the picture and my mom even
