will receive following information:

After submitting an order, you will receive an "order received
confirmation" email. |

When your order is processed, you will receive an email with link to view your record, along with order ID.

You will receive email notice if there is any issue with your order.
Ex. event date, payment, order status... |

You will receive an email notice for each item ordered: "Item
Ordered", "Item Sold Out", "Item Discontinued", "Item will be ReOrdered in x Days" along with additional information (if given by factory) for other available sizes and colors. |

When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email the shipping
information w/ the tracking number.

When checking for inventory, you will receive confirmation
email, followed by inventory check result email.

When a returned item is received, you will receive
"returned item received" email. |

When a refund is in process, you will be notified by
two emails "refund in process" and "refund completed". |

"How do I know items I ordered are available?"
If you place an order with us
before 9am(west coast) / 12pm (east coast),
you will know whether ordered item(s) are available or not by
1-6pm(west coast).
We fax orders to
factories daily around 10am (west coast) and factories respond by 1-6pm the
same day (in most cases).
We process the response right away, and customers
are notified by email on status of each item ordered.
Please note: Sometimes emails are sent to BULK /
SPAM folder. To be sure, please allow emails from

Due to variety of color, size, and large
number of styles, not all ordered items are available.
Colors and sizes are constantly sold
out and re-stocked, which complicates the ordering process, especially for
group orders.
It's a good idea to
be prepared with a second or third choice.
Items ordered from In-Store Inventory Database are very likely to be available unless it was sold right before you ordered.

Special occasion dress purchases requires much more customer service than others due to size, color,
inventory availability, event date, replacements/exchanges... especially for group orders.
It can become chaotic without precise, effective, transparent communication with logging.
We are determined to provide the best customer service in this industry, and we have worked very hard
to provide customers the needed information to feel the "peace of mind online shopping".
Ordering COLOR & SIZE SPECIFIC items sometimes become complicated, requiring repeated communication
with customers ASAP. Customers wonder and worry "Is everything OK with my order? What is the status of my dress?
Is it available? When will it be available? When will I receive it? Where is my package now?".
Our system utilizes highly customized, sophisticated software to handle the complicated task of
ordering/re-ordering, event date/cancel date tracking, live inventory management, shipping and receiving,
and effective communication with customer (event logs, confirmation emails for all events),
allowing them to view the entire ordering process and status for each item ordered.
We are the only dress company offering this "No Doubts Customer Service", and our customers
will know EVERYTHING about their order, ANYTIME.
