If item is Not
Available or Sold out, 100% refund will be issued.
In most cases,
you will not be charged at all if item is not available or sold
out. Charging is done
when item is shipped. If item is returned for exchange and
replacement item is sold out, store credit will be issued.
Different Size Exchange
Policy
For an exchange to a
different size (for same item and color), there will be
a 10%
restocking fee.
Please contact customer service within 5 business days of
receiving your package to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
(RAN) before sending the item back. No return numbers will be
issued after the 5 days. Please
note that we are not able to return the dresses to manufacturer.
Due to size and color issues, NONE of our dress factories accept
returns. This is a serious issue for us, and even with the restocking fee, we are still at a loss
(item cost, shipping cost, processing time and cost).

Please note that there are many different body shapes/types, and
it's common to have alteration done to special occasion dresses.
Different
Color, Different Item Exchange
Policy

different color or different item, there will be a 20%
restocking fee.

Order
Cancellation Policies
If item status is showing "Ready to Order" then
you may cancel without any fee.
If item status is showing "Ordered", "Received"
there will be 30% cancellation fee.
If item status is showing "Paid/Shipped" then it
can not be cancelled.

Policy
As an industry standard for special occasion wear, we have a NO
REFUND, STORE CREDIT ONLY policy.
However, with us, the store credit is valid for one year
for any of the merchandise on our website.

package to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) before
sending the item back. No return numbers will be issued after the

All items are carefully and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
RA# (Return
Authorization Number)
Before sending the merchandise back to us, you will need to use
Live-Chat or call customer service and receive a
Return Authorization Number (RN#), and write outside the box.
You must write the
RA# on the outside of the box below the return address.
All packages that do not have the RAN on the outside of the box will be refused.
All items being returned must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving them. The receive date is determined by the tracking number for your package.
* Shipping charges and rush fees are non-refundable.
* Bras, undergarments, headpieces can not be returned.
* Exchanged item can not be returned for exchange/refund.
* Special Sale items / Clearance items are Final Sale, and
they are not returnable.
* Returned dresses will be carefully inspected. Any sign of
wear, any amount of smell, stain, pet hair, missing or sign of
wear showing on tag will disqualify for exchange/store-credit, and
will be returned at customers expense.

Made-to-Order
Items: (Items
made at factory per request, taking 4-12 weeks for delivery)
Made-to-Order
items are made at the factory after order has been placed, taking
between 4-12 weeks.
Made-to-Order
Items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Clearance and
Sale Items can be exchanged to other items on clearance or sale.

& Higher-End Designer Dresses Exchange / Return Policy
Item numbers
starting with AD, ED, IN, JS, SM, TE are
under following policy.
For all higher-end designer
dresses, sales are final (Industry standard for formal / special
occasion wear). However, we offer to our customer one
exception. For those with a size issue, we allow one time size
exchange with 50% RESTOCKING FEE. If a different size is ordered
for the same item and color, then the other item may be returned
with the exchange fee.
International
customers. We will do our best to keep the customs duty charge to
minimum.
Please
note that shipper is not responsible for customs/duty fees.
However, we will do our best to keep your shipping cost lowest as
possible.
