If item is Not Available or Sold out, you WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
You will not be charged if item is not available or sold out. Charging or "capturing" is done when item is shipped.
When your order is processed, your card will only be "authorized" showing "pending" status, which will drop off
automatically if not "captured".  The correct amount will be "captured" when item is shipped. Please be assured that we have sophisticated system for highly accurate and reliable accounting. If item is returned for exchange and replacement item is sold out, store credit will be issued.

  Detailed Information on Shipping Cost
  For 2nd day UPS, shipping cost is $25 regardless of number of items, to all 50 states.
For Over-night UPS, shipping cost is $45 regardless of number of items, to all 50 states.

We offer special discount on international shipping cost for multiple item orders,
charging the cost of 1 item regardless of the total quantity (no additional charge per item).
Example: Our standard shipping cost to U.K. is $55 for one item. For kid's items, total shipping cost
would be $55 regardless of total quantity.

RA# (Return Authorization Number)
Before sending the merchandise back to us, you will need to use Live-Chat or call customer service and receive a Return Authorization Number (RN#), and write outside the box. 
You must write the RA# on the outside of the box below the return address.
All packages that do not have the RAN on the outside of the box will be refused. 
All items being returned must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving them. The receive date is determined by the tracking number for your package.

*  Shipping charges and rush fees are non-refundable. 
*  Undergarments, headpieces can not be returned due to health/sanitation/legal reasons. 
*  Exchanged item can not be returned for exchange/refund.
*  Sale/Clearance items are only exchangeable to another sale or clearance items.
*  Returned dresses will be carefully inspected. Any sign of wear, any amount of smell, stain, pet hair, missing or sign of wear showing on tag will disqualify for exchange/store-credit, and will be returned at customers expense.

Order Cancellation Policies
If item status is showing "Ready to Order" then you may cancel without any fee.
If item status is showing "Ordered", "Received" there will be 30% cancellation fee.
If item status is showing "Paid/Shipped" then it can not be cancelled.

Dear customer, please note that we are not able to return the dresses to manufacturer.
Due to size and color issues, NONE of our dress factories accept returns. 
This is a serious issue for us, and even with the restocking fee, we are still at a loss
(item cost, shipping cost, processing time and cost). 

Return / Refund Policy 
As an industry standard for special occasion wear, we have a NO REFUND, STORE CREDIT ONLY policy.
However, with us,  the store credit is valid for one year for any of the merchandise on our website. 
Please contact customer service within 5 business days or receiving your package to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) before sending the item back. No return numbers will be issued after the 5 days.
All items are carefully and thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Made-to-Order Items: (Items made at factory per request, taking 4-12 weeks for delivery)
Made-to-Order items are made at the factory after order has been placed, taking between 4-12 weeks.
Made-to-Order Items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Alyce Designs, Eden Bridal  Dresses Exchange / Return Policy
Item numbers starting with AD, ED are under following policy.
For all higher-end designer dresses, sales are final (Industry standard for formal / special occasion wear). However,
we offer to our customer one exception. For those with a size issue, we allow one time size exchange with
50% RESTOCKING FEE.

International customers. We will do our best to keep the customs duty charge to minimum.
Please note that shipper is not responsible for customs/duty fees. However, we will do our best to keep your shipping cost lowest as possible.
